Bite, Nibble, Munch and Chomp

ballbag says 80 mill euro release clause for foriegn clubs, both real and barca ready to pay that so we could probably get more, deffo sell

For a supposed Liverpool fan he always seems to really relish acting like a glorified Real/Barca agent.Every damned summer he's there grinning away as he predicts a top LFC player leaving the club. I'd like to smash his face in.

"Strange" that the Italian media have hardly mentioned it but the British press dont talk about anything else.
Not even their own shambolic WC campaign.

But the Italian media havent bothered that much. Yet he bit an Italian player and sent Italy out of the WC.

No one is defending him either but its already tiring that people dont talk about anything else.
Like the world have ended and he killed the entire Italian team.

Could it be because he lives and works here and plays for one of it's most famous football teams and has bitten another human being before?

It's fucking bizarre that they've banned him for entering any football stadia.

You did something wrong on the pitch, so you can't go to watch any football for four months. It's just ludicrous, what about charitable events at anfield & such.

If only Fifa's bans were a flimsy as Uefa's! With Uefa he'd probably only get a suspended sentence like man city and Barcelona.

It's some LOL.

He's some clown. Can someone do that hard work of breaking it all down for us. Can he train with the club? Can he appeal?

Sorry RA it wasn't a personal attack on anyone in particular but I never saw the humour in it in the first place. I'm gutted that they didn't restrict it to international matches only.
Yeah I'm surprised it applies domestically. I had no idea they could do that unless it was drugs or match fixing or something. Gutting...

We should exploit his worldwide superfame properly. Right now he is the most famous player on the planet.

I want to see a McLuis Chomp Burger advertised by the time the final comes around.

it's rather scary how he doesn't see that he's done anything wrong and is convinced this is all because the english media are out to get him .

Appeal it. Then take it to Arbitration. Then judicially review it in the High Court. Even get the proceedings stayed whilst he receives psychological treatment a la Oscar Pistorious. Then off to the Supreme Court. Then refer it to Strasbourg on some Human Rights stuff. By the time his ban comes into play he'll be 37 years old.

But this is Liverpool, they'll just bend over, pay him his wages, and happily get knocked out of the champions league group stages by a James Rodriguez wonder goal.

Uruguay Representative claims the federation is considering not playing vs Colombia because of the Suárez ban. [@vickydavilalafm]

Delegado de Uruguay dice que selección de ese país estaría incluso pensando en no presentarse, tras sanción contra Suárez.

They should start a breakaway version of FIFA. We could call it FIFA2

I'm sure England would join.

Imagine a FIFA free of corruption led by the lovely Uruguayans...

We will have a good solid start to the season with Sturridge, Sterling & Sanchez on fire. Then just as we start to lose a bit of steam and run out of ideas in our usual October/November dip we get a well rested fresh player back, who is desperate to remind everyone what a great player he is (when he isnt eating others). We'll have the league as good as sewn up by Christmas and be able to focus on the knock out stages of the CL where the kraken will also be unleashed.

If the FA weren't so inept they should have done this 10 years ago. If the FA were well run and announced that they were starting up a new world federation for football all the European national teams would join and the rest would follow. Somehow we need to rid ourselves of FIFA but it ain't happening anytime soon.

I suppose it could've been worse. Still, surprised they've extended it to domestic football. I guess it was one indiscretion too many for Suarez.

He's properly fucked himself. And his teams too.

I doubt we can get a great fee for Suarez now. If this is the ban, imagine the risk that a club (not assuming he will stay now) takes when / if he does it again? come to think about it, might it not be better off training him to punch/headbutt/wild tackle an opponent or signal furiously to be substituted when he get frustrated!?!?
