Of course football is a paragon of truthfullness and honesty.

If comoli said he wouldn't return to st etienne to sign a player then I'd expect that to be the absolute truth.

Bit like Dalglish saying babel was going nowhere.

He says he won't contact the players directly and destabilize the club. Which is a FIFA rule anyway....


So nothing stops him from approaching the club quietly and making a bid/enquiry.
