I have got a warning from Ross because I dumped this thread. Inappropriate Behavior indeed.

It was a real warning. And he is seriously refering to some paragraph.

Hillarious and kind of pathetic too and kind of ruining the forum for me at least. Time to give good ol 6CM a rest before Ross digs up another petty insult. Or ban me for talking to much about football.

It's a more active effort by the mods to try and start new topics, rather than bump old ones.

If it's worth Bumping an old thread for, it's worth start a new one for.

Ross is Ross, but it's to avoid old threads being bumped and people wondering what the fuck it's about, also people don't always look at the dates posted, so you (I know I have) can find yourself reading something, only to realise that it's months out of date. Fresh news or a need to reignite an old topic should mean that you start a new thread. Simples.

Don't forget aswell, if people recognise topic titles as something they've avoided in the past, they'll just do the same, it's better to start a new one.

It's still a great title though *handshakey*

What was KHL's intent here? I'd daresay it wasn't to fuck you lot off, moreso that he wanted to continue the thread he started with some updated discussion - fair enough if you don't agree, but issuing warnings when he's clearly intending to stimulate discussion is pathetic.

All you've succeeded in doing is alienating a pretty respected poster. You look like a crowd of dickheads to be honest.

Me and Fabio tried to explain why he doesn't want people bumping threads, no one else is tossing warnings around as far as I know. And yeah, I agree a warning is unwarranted, a heads up yeah but not a warning.

I made a bit of fun of Ross and his never ending Suarez rubbish the other day, and wuptidoo, I got an official warning 24 hours later for doing fuck all.

Pathetic. No matter how you address it. The initial post is 2 month old like and just as relevant now as it was back then. It was a perfect valid bump and that we are even having this discussion is laughable.

You weren't wrong/out of order and you don't need to take a breather. I wasn't saying you were wrong either, I was just trying to explain why we'd rather see you start a new thread. Like I said, I didn't know warnings were being given. It's a point that's been mooted around the forum for ages, so perhaps a sticky or something "requesting" people don't do it might have been more apt. I guess Ross's point is that he's said it loads of times and people still do it.
