Heading home to see Dad in a few weeks, and, as usual, hoping to nip over for a game while I'm back... Probably the West Ham match, in late February.

Have any of you used those FB groups that seem to sell match tickets to people like us from out of town? There seems to be a couple of main lads, who buy multiple season tickets and then sell off single games to whomever needs each game. It seems legit, but I'm wondering if any of you lot have tried it / them, before sending money...

Cheers all,
D.

I've found RedTicketsYNWA is a pretty reliable Twitter account. They connect people who are looking to shift on their tickets to people wanting to go. There's always a slight risk of a scam, but it's always been fine for me. Tickets often do go in seconds, so you have to have notifications on, and message them 'take' within a few seconds. It's an effort, but it can pay off. All types of tickets go up there.

There are a few lads I've bought off from Ireland who just offer me them direct now. The one benefit of us being shit is I can pay money to watch us be shit.
