"I can say he’s still adapting to the pattern of Chelsea at the moment due to the fact that he’s still missing the juicy passes being served to him by the likes of Alonso and Gerrard, but with time he will adapt".

Is it true? Torres without SteveG and Xabi is a $12m striker instead? Oh yes, make it true...

Yeah, cos Lampard, Malouda, Anelka et al don't know how to pass a ball.

Face it Abramocunt Mk 2, you bought the most workshy slefish cunt in world football.

Well that is true about his work ethic, but while they can pass, they don't do so as jooooooos-ily as our boyis...

I'd rather wait another season before judging Torres and his reliance on Liverpool's supposed catering to his needs.

But I reckon there's a lot of truth in this assessment.

And I am drunk.

i think there are a few factors in why he is struggling

1. Rafa designed a system to suit Torres
2. Stevie G- the free role he was given behind Torres opened up alot of space for him plus that fact Gerrard used to pick him out 9 time out of 10 which is not happning at chelsea..

When I remember Torres best goals, he either made them himself or picked up a hoof from Pepe or a centre half. This Gerrard partnership stuff is overblown. You could expect him to pick up the ball at the touchline, go past two men and leather it past the keeper at least once every three games, pass or no pass.

3. Deep down he didn't actually want to leave, however jacked off he may have been with what was happening at the club. I reckon his agents had a lot to do with it. If Kenny had been brought in earlier (preferably last summer) this could all have been very different. Not that I'd change anything now we have Suarez.

I always thought Suarez was bought to play alongside Torres?

I'm not sure we'd have had the money to spend on Suarez at that stage if Torres hadn't gone, which might well have meant someone else signing Suarez instead.

He was, hence Suarez being virtually tied up long before Torres even mentioned to LFC he wanted to go. Carroll was Torres replacement.
