Can't really argue with this team. The 5 City players who made the starting 11 are all true legends in their own right and I would love to have any one of them play for us. Can't really make an argument against any of the 6 LFC players here either, it's all clear-cut. As a real-life team it would not be balanced (unless you replace Aguero with Firmino or D.Silva with Hendo or Wijnaldum), but these "best of" rarely are.

Top trumps exercises aside, I would've had Fernandinho before the emergence of Fabs (fuck, I'd still have him as a backup and to buddy up with the Brazil lads) and I'd have Aguero as I think he's undoubtedly the best #9 of the last decade. The rest of them, KDB included, might be hella-talented but they often come across as tossers. I've genuinely had more disdain for them, and their 'fans', than the other side of Manchester in recent years.
