He needs to instill confidence in our play, fix our buildup which is ponderous and makes us easy to press, and fix how simple we are in transition after we lose the ball.

We are just very very passive and that invites these phases of play, and we become a nervous wreck and self fulfilling prophecy.

We could also score more, but our attack is thin right now.
