We're just a complete embarrassment. Was speaking to a Chelsea mate saying I've got a good feeling about today. This is the day we turn the corner.... He just laughed at me.
 
So what we're saying it Harvey Elliott was some kind of tulpa, a being formed entirely from Liverpool fans wishes, designed by some omniscient and omnipotent power to make us successful when playing for us.

I think the stats guys thought we were buying a suarez. But slot doesn't want a suarez. TBH i don't even know what type of 9 fits in this fucking system

False 9? High 10? Either way we try our best to not get them on the ball
 
I don't care about this season, we won the league last year and we lost Diogo in very harrowing circumstances. and then wasted loads on money in the transfer window on over hyped players... I never expected us to do well...
 
Started well, their keeper didn't make a save, then we're losing 1-0.

Only difference is that we played well for a bit

So we spent a lot of money on a title winning side and you never expected us to do well?

I disagree to an extent. Modo, who I guess has seen more of him than most can agree / disagree with me here, but he's a decent dribbler and has scored a bunch of bangers from outside the box.

We weren't buying a Suarez but neither did we get a RVN.
 
Lets buy murillo. Long term replacement to VVD. Murillo and guehi for the next 6 years pls

He sure is, but we're not giving him the ball. That's the main issue. Isak likes to drift wide, but he just doesn't sync with neither Salah nor Gakpo.
 
We dominated most that half and Forest did well to get several critical blocks of shots on target. I thought the Szobo/Curtis moving and changing worked really well.

There was a lot more fluidity than most games this season, but everyone is already so pessimistic that they only see the shit. Mostly we are just unlucky so far today.
