Pre Match EPL Sunderland (A) - Wednesday February 12th 20:15

I forgot, yeah, Salah is back.

Hasn't scored in like 7 league games or something, but this is where it all starts to catch fire. He's a different species of human being, and he will be with us till he's 38!

He won a free kick yesterday, after all!

Ali
Jones Konate VVD Robbo
Endo Gravy McAllister
Wirtz
Gakpo Hugo

Come on Slot . Come on Liverpool. Cut out the being passive for 65 minutes of every game. It’s boring as hell.

3-0 Sunderland.
Jones at RB, Salah and Gakpo to start and complete the 90.
No subs before the 87th minute.
Slot to remain in charge.
Dreamy to mention how well Salah played and that none of this is his fault, probably some more bullshit about how football is a funny old game and we'll win the CL.
& Absolute fucking melts like TomBrown to scan the forums looking for any anti Slot posts to snide over like a fucking bellend.

We move onto the cold North East Coast on a February Wednesday night to face a highly motivated physical Sunderland side. Let’s see how many of the boys in Red are up for the challenge. Good character building.

What's the fucking point? I mean, seriously?

I may not even bother watching as either it will be a soulless, listless bore draw or we get wooped 3-0

Team will be same sad tired sacks running around with no cohesion or plan as usual. Probably Curtis/JoGo sharing RB
After your pitiful failure vs City you're back at it? WTF Dee ! We needed my Newcastle form for this one. Jeez Louise.

36 hours before the match is waaaaaaay to late my friend. Here’s your incentive to be less hesitant 😉

Slot should give lessons in how to try to destroy players who aren't in the manager's rotational plans - I don't think Ramsay is some savior, and I do understand why he's scared to start him (though I'd rather a RB plays RB than our best or 2nd best midfielder plays there), but the constant need to knock his own players down is not a smart road to take. It hurts squad harmony, and it's going to keep the lesser talented players from being ready/motivated more often than not when your manager basically says "I'd rather you fuck off"

& people wonder why and get a bit touchy feely when someone who acts like a proper grade A+ cunt, gets called a cunt. What a cunt.

I don't think that's fair comparison at all.

It has a bad name, but most people actually like cunt.

Its just horrendous man management and lack of the necessary social skills to be in charge of a top club.
This is what you get as well with a manager on the brink and under pressure. Thinking more about himself than the team.

God I miss Klopp.

Here's the presser

Joe Go training for first time today
Curtis/Wata available to play in that position

How perfect do results need to be for 5th place?
Close to perfection because we are 4/5 points behind and we are not doing that currently
[2:30]Sunderland unbeaten at home. How is confidence?
Credit to players, they've lots of hits, we haven't got what we deserved but have come back and played strong three days later. We have only been outplayed significantly in 3 halves this season [WTF!]; Crystal Palace, City and Arsenal. However even with Arsenal it was even only half of the half. Sunderland have had great season and great at home
[4:00]Have you had bad luck this season?
Yes sometimes it feels like that. Even players we sign that don't play get injured! [Re: late goals] Maybe bad luck but maybe we are to . I've tried many things; defensive substitutions ball went in, didn't change and ball went in. We will find out in 3-4 months
[5:40] You say you've had 5-6 right backs what impact would you say that's had?
You say that but we shouldn't focus on just RB I've had to change things in many positions. When Dom plays RB I change midfield. Injuries, bad luck etc all comes together. Main thing is it took a long time to get everyone in a place where they could play a game every three days. Able to press more this time vs City versus earlier in the season
[7:00] Calvin Ramsey queried. Why not put round peg in round hole?
Had to explain the expression. If you don't play a player they always seem to appear better to the people. I chose the best players until now and I'll do that again tomorrow
[9:00] Allison's passing? Accuracy dropping off?
Nah, more to do with him trying more long balls which are less accurate. Stats aren't always helpful. Shot stopping more important and he does really well
[11:30] How challenging this season?
Yes by a mile. Previously never lost 2 matches in a row. Not used to so many draws. So more challenging. I look at how much improvements we make. IMO everyone is now able to play every 3 days and performances have improved. Remember first 6 games were weekly so since then it got harder. Can't compare last season to this. Harder to lead a team after multiple losses.
[14:20] Is it important to get CL qualification for this season to be success?
Yes, it is. .....Then made the comment re Chiesa being only person they could sign after EL season so maybe contact important here

Above not a transcript. Just me typing whilst listening

I need a worse insult than cunt for this bald headed fraud. Starting to find it boring myself.

Has no business being manager of this club. Classless cunt, from throwing players under the bus, to throwing away competitions, to sacking members of his own staff, to gloating and raving over clubs like PSG, to saying Anfield isn't the fortress it once was, coming to the aid of opposition players that show no regard for your injured player, just fuck off, nobody likes you, even the wife and kids can't stand to be around you which is why they're over there and you're here.

If Shanks and the like were here to witness this, they'd be ashamed.

This bit's delusional.

Until the last 2 weeks we were in the CL spots.
We’ve managed to show reaction to a league defeat by winning our next league game twice this season. Twice. That’s 6 games where we didn’t react.
