I know what you mean but we've also had games like this where we kinda play alright just about and then concede, heads go and we lose. We haven't conceded yet but I don't think there is a great deal else to be positive about other than we're not getting totally outplayed.

We'll see Salah at some point in the second half I suppose.
 
If we go 0-0 and cagey and then do something in the second half, its the exact sort of thing we haven't done all year. It would represent improvement even if it was very conservative.

If instead we come out cluelessly, concede and lose then yeah, that WAS the good half.

I don't know what people are expecting though. The team is fucked.
 
I really don't think you can blame Isak.

Slot needs to sort out the structure so that we can give him some service.

Wirtz isn't getting on the ball, and there's fuck all creativity elsewhere.

Get it to Wirtz, he'll create for Isak.

I see Salah is coming on. Let's see if he can show us what we know he can do...
 
I think we have to realize the first step is to stop conceding silly goals. We've become much more robust defensively. but at the cost of going forward. But first we have to stop the leaky defense.

Yes I suppose so... Just speed it up a bit going forward.
 
I'm appreciating we are much more solid at the back. I think a goal will come. Bring on the Chiesa, or the Rio for a few goals.
 
It's a shame we're in a precarious position in a tight game here against a newly promoted side after deciding to forfeit a full half there...
 
I think the people more annoyed by this performance think they are the pessimists, but they are actually the optimists.

If you've been watching us this season, this is pretty good, and I say that even though I'm struggling to stay awake.
