Based on what evidence?
When he concentrated on the league he had them in much better shape in his first season.

When injuries forced him to choose a trophy over league form in his second season he choose a trophy in Europe, adjusted his tactics and won them their first trophy in years and their first European trophy in decades.

The teams his managed by and large have always challenged and played good football.
Evidence would suggest in his third season he’d have had them performing better than Frank.

That's a banging header from Chalobah, no right to score from there.

Can't decide what result is best here, would hate for Arsenal to run away with it and would hate for Chelsea to keep the distance for one of the CL spots (not that I think we'll make it regardless).
 
Tried watching it, it must just be me but quality of football across the board is just boring. Bucket load of average players all over.
