It was pretty obvious that Wirtz and Ekitike were really struggling in the second half with either injuries or fitness but he wouldn't make the changes. We were playing fucking Wolves. We needed to stretch the game. Bring the subs on FFS.

The good part is the forward gang are linking up well now, they're going to be very good, but it all means nothing with our current centre half pairing being awful.

Im disappointed gakpo is back, and in lw ... he hurts this team. He should be a backup to ekitike for now.

The team is trying to regain a mentality and self belief and its going to take time. String wins together and hope it clicks.

Should have won away to Villa and lost to 95th own goal away to Arsenal.

Not yet half way through the season ! Villa give up a little in the second half of the season and we get a bit better, we can easily close the gap.

And, what is frustrating about that is we actually have a very good midfield player-wise. Macca has been shit, but maybe that is partly the tactics.

Nah, we’re not shite. We’re the epitome of under performance compared to the capability of the players. We should be challenging in the top 3 but we’re battling in the 4-6 positions.
