Let’s not pretend we’ve seen Trent hit strikes like that with his weaker foot at will, he’s rarely in the position to do so, first goal on his weaker foot in 350 games for a reason….even then it should’ve been an easy enough save for Hermanolet.

I think Trent was blowing off some steam following the injury but more so the stress of holding onto a decision that he knows is going to upset a lot of people. I wouldn't read into it any more than that.
I thought showing for a pitch side interview showed a bit of balls TBH, but I wish he would extend that to the fan base and just be frank and honest. There maybe be legal reasons why or whatever, but the hiding behind the 'staying private' line at this stage is just disingenuous.
Anyway, I'm glad he has a nice moment with the fans and I hope it goes someway to stopping some of the OTT hate and abuse that will be thrown his way. The fact he was getting a few boos before the goal is not a good look for the club or the fan base. The whole situation should be ignored and energy put into supporting Bradley. That shows some class, whilst making a clear point. The club always moves on.

My bet would be they think their club will be doing HIM a favour by signing a deal, rather than the other way round.

Not too sure how true this is but it’s come from a mate who knows someone that’s good mates with God, apparently RM are offering Trent 300k a week and a €40m signing on bonus. Trent’s brother has told the club if they match that he will stay but the club have said they will match the wages but no signing on bonus as it would set a precedent….so he’s definitely gone

Makes me mad to think Trent is turning down the change to become our most decorated player of the modern era by walking away. Salah and Virgil have 2/3 years max left here but Trent could be here for 6/7 and win more than both and become one of the most decorated local lads ever.
