Lets keep talk about the upcoming Euro U21 gaems as well as it's potential starplayers in here.

Players I'll watch closely:

Jordan Henderson (obviously) - Will be extremely interesting to see him perform at this level especially for me as I haven't really noticed him before.

Bojan Krkic - I do not rate him as much as others and frankly don't want him in Liverpool. Will be interesting to see how he fares against slightly weaker opponents than normal.

Yaroslav Rakytskiy - Defensive wonderboy from Ukraine. Ball-playing, tough-tackling and goal-seeking (albeit not very tall). Left footed. No. 5. New Agger?

Vaclav Kadlec - Czech attacking-sensation whom we've apparently been trailing for some time. Made his debute as a 16-year-old for Sparta Prag and has never looked back. Only 19-years-old.

Nicolai Boilesen - Danish attacking left back who's within month made the LB position in the title-winning Ajax-squad his own. Fast, tall, skillful and clever on the ball. 19-year-old.

Please feel free to add more players to the list.

Both are, yes.

Henderson only Liverpool-player.

Thiago and Canales for Spain. Super talents.

Thiago will be very interesting to follow indeed.

Dani Pacheco not eligible?

Is Erickson playing for the Danes? Suprised to see him omitted from KHL's list.

Is Henderson the captain of England?

Apologies for the questions.

Eriksen has proved already what he's made of, that's why he's not top of my list when it comes to a 'closer look'. He's playing alright and will most likely win player of the tournament award. Despite beeing only 19-years-old. ;D

Don't think Peaches deemed good enough I'm affraid. It has to be said to Spain are bringing the big guns.

is canales even playing ? Don't see him in spain squad although looks like juan mata is despite being 23 ! .

England have some pretty big names playing also , no idea if they're good enough to win it though .

Who's favourite ?

Cheers , interesting to see how it goes . Missing some of the usual "big name" teams like holland , france , italy and germany . Guess could be some decent players in the other 'smaller' teams to keep an eye on .

Iceland hammered Germany in their final Play-off 4-0 I think it was. Their first final tournament at any level if not mistaken.

Two goals within 2 minutes in Denmark v Belarus.

Great first goal from the visitors after a splendid counter.

Denmark awarded a peno in the following attack. Missed by Eriksen at first but he then converted the easy tap-in.

Must win game for the vikings.

LB Boilesen in particular has been immense. Baga from Belarus looks a player.

Erickson was 40/1 to be top scorer. I was going to have a nibble at that ew.

That seems like a good bet. Especially If they win today.

Belarus all about counter-attacking. And good at it too.

Game on.

What a goal.

Nicolai Jørgensen finishes a mazy run into the top right corner.

Much deserved.

Lovely through pass by Mata for Spain's second goal.
I want him.

Nice finish by Adrian too for his and Spain's second

Will be interesting to watch him in action again.

Looks bigger than I would've thought having watched him in the first game to be honest. Can he use his head?

Watching England makes me pine for Hodgson's, intelligent, patient, attack minded Liverpool side
