Europa League, Round of 32

The knockout stage draw, scheduled for Dec. 20, will match up the seeded group winners against the unseeded runners-up. The top four third-place finishers from the Champions League will be placed with the seeded teams, while the other four are placed with the unseeded teams for the draw. Teams from the same group or same country can not be drawn against each other.

For those who say this is a Mickey Mouse cup it's interesting to see how the pros feel about it (and yes we do have TV in China so I know Chelsea are out of the PL and that this is what you may expect someone to say but still ....) :

Quite an interesting bunch of teams there. I actually quite like the EL really, just wish the games weren't on a bloody Thursday.

Another thing I find weird: why do uefa insist on holding the final at a second tier stadium? It's a big game, which could easily fill out 80,000, it's like they want a smaller ground to emphasise its second-class status.
