My picks:

Rabiot, obvious pick. Can't believe he's free and only 23.
Ramsey, top class player.
If we could put rivalry aside, I'd take Martial. He'd definitely thrive under Klopp and he'd improve our squad.
Finally, I'd take a punt on Declan Rice. He's young, who knows how good he can become.

My picks:

Finally, I'd take a punt on Declan Rice. He's young, who knows how good he can become.

I don't think most of these players will be actually available (De Gea for free – really?), but the players I like from this list are:

• Rabiot – has an attitude, but can be God-like at his best.
• Vertonghen – always thought he was one of the best and most consistent defenders in the EPL. Not sure we need any more CBs though.
• Giroud – a striker who can play with his back to goal, has good awareness of teammates and regularly scores off the bench: a perfect squad player.
