25 games, heading into Xmas back on track with Hugo continuing to lead, such a shame Isak looks fucked and great for Wirtz and Frimpong.

I know we all love to rip into Gakpo on here but his stats are generally impressive even if his all round play less so. He's got a record of a goal every 3 games for us - for a winger that's sensational and probably only bettered by Mo recently (post Mane days)..

Needs to buck up a bit this season however.

Gakpo is a good player, but he needs to take fewer shots. Everyone knows what he will do every time. If he made a few more passes, people would be guessing a bit more and he would get more room to shoot.

I wonder how many shots he has had blocked this season? Must be close to 30, because other teams have players 3 deep in front of him every time.

Wirtz suddenly can’t stop scoring while our full backs start racking up assists and Gakpo reminds everyone why he plays.

Frimpong gets a goal while Dom continues to add what we need from CM and Macca adds two assists.

For a midfield that’s gets blasted a lot they have 24 goal contributions, not the worst.
