Slot is managing the team like it's Real Madrid. He's set the bar so high only 14-15 players are able to clear it.
I don't think he believes it's a squad game.
Both Rafa and Klopp had faith in the collective. That's the main difference imo.
 
I miss Klopp, miss having a manager you wished would managed your kid's youth team. We really did get luck to experience Klopp for 10yrs didn't we.

For me the main difference is he won the title in his first season and they managed one in about 15 years between them. But obviously being a bit rude about some kid who'll never play for us is the really important issue here lol
