Job security - arne

If, as there should be, there are discussions on sacking Slot now and Glasner is on the list of people we'd like to consider we need to pull the trigger.

We could reach the summer with Glasner as Spurs, Alonso somewhere else and Enrique at City.

Alonso would be my preferred option. Now.

Not sure Glasner would regard Tottenham as an improvement on Palace but I *am* concerned he could end up at Old Toilet.

I'm not. Because Glasner has turned into an utter wanker since last summer. I don't know what happened but something rattled his cage and he lost his cool and couldn't handle it.

I don't think he'd last long there.

I don't think anyone think it's acceptable, the difference is in how to address it.

I'm 50-50 on whether he should stay or go. I'm not in the camp of just get rid and we'll figure it out, I think we need to have a plan of who and what exactly, and that needs to be very likely to be better. There's a small, select few answers to that, I don't want us to end up like United, getting rid of managers without a plan on what to do next, it turns into an endless cycle.
And that's more than reasonable a position.

For me I want out and I think we could find someone else. The fact now one of the managers we courted during slots appointment is available (in Alonso) it makes it even more an obvious time to do it.

Obviously I'm not immovable and if (somehow) we manage to find a rhythm, see active patterns of play, strengthen at the back line (with signings or without) and start getting results, then wonderful! I've just seen nothing to say it will
