To be fair to SoS they have a good reason to try and get people to protest, IF Hicks had managed to refinance despite the situation we/he is in it would have been terrible. Pomposity aside the danger the club is in is real and it would be a shame if the club suffered further just because we calmly assumed that everything will be alright etc .... These owners are bad news IMO and there have been too many dangerous broken promises already.
I'm no fan of the superfan bullshit but most of SoSs aims are actually commendable and if I was at the next match I would be making the protest with them. However stupid or naive that might be, it's just to cynical not to try to be heard IMO

Protests will do nothing, selling alternative kits will do nothing. Only a boycott of games will have any effect, but they won't countenance that. It's too inconvenient.
So I don't have much time for posturing while avoiding the only actually effective strategy. That said it's not needed, since the Yanks are going regardless of what SOS do.

I agree Rosco i think its been a shambles of an "opposition" and that a boycott was the only thing they should have organised properly and havent... as for it not being needed.... i fucking hope not as it strikes me as a complete clusterfuck if Hicks remains in charge.
Im not sure that they wouldnt countenance a boycott of games however.... i think they just lack support to make it meaningful, which in turn stems from their poor organisation and difficulty in expressing themselves in a way that engenders support from your average fan.
