They might be using a stock dmca notice, cos anyone can report anyone for using copyrighted content & I'm pretty sure they'll take it down without waiting for an official dmca request from the content holder.

I doubt sky would give two fucks about it being on in the background for a few seconds tbh, unless, of course, it contravenes that mad broadcasting football Saturday 3pm to 5pm rule in this country, which they can get in shit for.
