Visited liverpool over the weekend and I have to say I loved both of these parts of the city. The town centre was pleasant and lively but liverpool one in particular was brilliant. Interesting and quirky architecture with some nice shops too. Lovely place to go shopping or to eat out with a real vibrancy about it. The little park area at the top was a pleasant surprise too. Plenty of people just sitting about enjoying The Lying Rag. The docks were nice too. Lots of places to eat and a relaxing way to pass an hour or so. All in all, I loved it.
