[article=http://www.sport-english.com/en/news/barca/bobby-adekanye16-set-swap-barcelona-for-premier-league-side-liverpool-4313881]Bobby Adekanye, one of the young players affected by the sanction imposed on Barcelona by FIFA, has grown tired of waiting and will leave the club's academy.

The 16-year-old Dutch-Nigerian winger was one of the players who FIFA deemed Barça signed outside the rules, so he has been on loan with PSV Eindhoven in Holland, waiting for a solution to FIFA's sanction.

However, with no solution in sights, Bobby Adekanye, who participated with Alejandro Viedma in the opening of the new Masia in Sant Joan Despi, has decided to look for a home somewhere else.

According to Catalunya Radio, that new home will be with Premier League side Liverpool. Barça will not ask for any compensation either, as they want to thank the teenager for the years he has given the club during this difficult period.

Born in Nigeria, Bobby moved to Holland when he was four to live in Amsterdam with his family. He arrived in Barcelona in 2011 after spending time with Ajax Amsterdam. Now 16, he would have been able to begin playing again for Barça in January, but it appears he has decided not to wait until then. [/article]

So these two will share 3 clubs already.

We will probably release him on a free to Groningen.

[article=http://www.insidefutbol.com/2015/06/29/95-hes-going-to-liverpool-agent-of-dutch-sensation/217975/?]Adekanye's agent Josep María Minguella Junior explained to Dutch magazine Voetbal International: "It is 95 per cent certain that Bobby is leaving for Liverpool.

"Ajax and PSV were also options, but ultimately the choice in this case is the Premier League; the biggest competition in the world", the agent added.

The youngster had been prevented from playing for Barcelona due to a FIFA ban imposed on the Camp Nou giants and as a result chose a temporary loan switch to PSV. He would have only been able to play for Barcelona again from January 2016.

A return to Barcelona was deemed not viable, much to the Catalan giants' disappointment and the talent is instead heading to Liverpool, something which is a feather in the English club's cap.

And the player's agent says that he is impressed by the road map the Reds have laid out for his client's progression.

Minguella Junior said: "Liverpool's confidence is great.

"If Bobby continues to develop as over the past few years, they see him as a first team player.

"He starts with the Under-18 team and the club have a plan that is mapped out to tutor him to get him into the first team in a few years."

Adekanye has been capped by the Netherlands at Under-16 level.[/article]
