Good game by us. Difficult in the first half, professional in the second.
Should have scored 3 or 4.

Kelleher was immense. Brilliant game. Neco aswell.

Great result. Terrific save from Kelleher there. And brilliant goal from Jones. Love to see Neco having a good game too.

Job done. Could’ve made it easier for ourselves with a couple more goals but can’t complain.

Good game for the kids as well. Nice to see Kehller get a game over Adrian.

Whoop! Through as group winners. Send over the U16s (with Origi and Minamino) for the Midttyland game. Give Jurgen a mental break too. Let Andreas Kornmayer take the team. No one will notice.

Really proud of them for that performance.

Delighted for Kelleher - he's always been like that, though, he's a weirdo in a good sense, absolutely unfazed by anything. When he got his first contract you would've thought he'd just been given a cup of tea, he was so laid back it was unreal.

Thrilled for Williams, too - that was a real test of character and he grew into the game really well.

Great performances elsewhere, although Salah really must occasionally use his right foot, and Mane was soo wasteful, too.

Poor Origi and Minamino.

Front 3 were poor and very wasteful today.

The rest of the team were great. Fabinho was class, again. Him and Matip together aren't the quickest, but their positioning and front foot defending has been very good.

Fab lost his forward a couple of times though. He's excellent on the deck but needs to get tighter with the crosses.

Perfect night. Win, new keeper, clean sheet, top the group, another goal for Jones, assist for Williams.

No injuries.

Happy days.

Can rest everyone in the last game.

Noticed that myself about Kelleher. Looked as though Anfield was a public park and he just happened to be strolling past at the time of kick off.

Yeah. I agree. That's one of the weaknesses of a DM at CB. They're usually not great when crosses come in.

I think Hendo was our best player today anyway (Gini not far behind). The guy is an inspiration. My one hope for Neco, is that I thought Hendo was painfully average for a long time too. So perhaps he'll make the same leaps forward in his development too.

He had much better support tonight with Henderson and Matip nearby. But, he also played better and you could see his confidence come back. Typical of the age.

He tried a cross with his weaker foot and made it count, so he must be feeling like a million dollars.

Someone said after the last game that he was slow. That's so not him. But he'd gone into a shell. Then tonight he started moving forward, started making a few runs, and he was back like his 'old' self again.

Robbo looks to be struggling abit though. Doesn't look like he will make the Wolves game when the swelling comes in.
