I don't usually watch these hour long sit downs with ex players/managers going down memory lane and all that stuff, but I did between Rio and Sadio. A lot of things were said that took me by surprise that I didn't have a clue happened until the last few days.

Never knew Klopp was desperate to have him at Dortmund
Never knew a week before Klopp called him in 2016, he had a meeting with LVG and could've joined Utd. Thankfully LVG's army at the time was filled to the brim with ego's that didn't match the talent, so Sadio said no thank you.
Never knew he visited Spurs' training ground and facilities and practically verbally agreed to join them.

I guess it makes you think how quickly things can change during the transfer window.

And by the way, he was very complimentary of Mo. Apparently Mo apologized to him, and told him, he just sees the goal and wants to score - after that Burnley match, where Mane was cheesed off

Well this is not going to help the narrative of some. Mane seems to say nice things and gives a different angle to Mo. Nice to see him so relaxed and content anyway.
