In my view I have shown objectivity, you have chosen to ignore it. You constantly badge people who disgree with you with various names. Tell me? Where did I make it personally about you before your proceeding post? Happy to understand your view but show me where I made it about you?I don't make things personal, unless somebody comes after me personally first, Rubens... But I do pay attention, and I say what I see.
You call for objectivity, but your posts show that you don't have any (calling Mo a superstar before he got to LFC - that's nonsense, mate). When Mo - or any of the players - behaves like this, I call them out - did it with TAA, too. And Hendo, when he left - because they deserve it. Mo is a very calculated man, who doesn't do anything that doesn't push his narrative... He's never been about the club. It's always just been a vessel for him to attain the level of global fame that he now enjoys.
It's always been about him, and you're kidding yourself if you think he would have reached these heights at anywhere other than Anfield and a handful of other clubs. He performances have always shown a greed and lack of team ethic that has bothered me. And before you say "all legendary strikers are greedy", yes, they are, but when the goals dry up and you're STILL greedy, then you're hurting the club by not changing your style or attitude. Also, I don't think it's a coincidence that all the former players that you're trotting out to back up your hero are also ego-centric strikers, who were also greedy AF when they played.
He's been shite all season long. That's the bottom line. And he deserved to be dropped. What's telling me is how, when defending Mo, so many crucify Gakpo for his abysmal performance this year, and ask why he hasn't been benched... Well, two things: You're right - He has been a liability for the vast majority of the year and does deserve a lengthy spell on the bench. And, he has the same number of goals as Mo Salah.
What does that tell us?
I honestly saw the length of your post and stop reading at that point.
