Anyways, he's a feisty little fucker, isn't he? I really like.

Quick, aggressive, technically adept and looks good in 1 v 1 situations.

As soon as I praised him in the City game he messed up, so I opted for silence this time, but then, wow! He's smarter than Riise - a likeable bloke but a bit boneheaded - and boy does he fit in well with this team. Fantastic.

Played 2 games and been faultless in both apart from the one accident. It's great to see a fullback that can defend too.

I love his instant movement looking to get the ball back once he releases the pass.
He was being wrote off as a waste of money by some on the fact that he was poor in the Europa League final which was probably the only time they've ever seen him play.

Very, very impressive. If I had one issue it would be that he again got caught ball watching (once) today. He's got everything else a fullback needs and I reckon by the next time we see him he'll be up to the pace of the PL.

Looks like a terrific acquisition.

He didn't let that Man City mistake affect him at all. Really announced himself to the league today. A refreshing change to see a FB take such pride in his performance. Glen Johnson used to play like that about five years ago. Potentially our new left back for the next decade. Love him already.

True, but IMO that was down to Tottenham being too narrow in midfield. Our fullbacks will face tougher tests than today's, though I'm reasonably confident they'll be able to cope.

The fact that whilst running with the ball, he completely blitzed Andros Townsend (who pretty quick) for pace shows just how quick he was, he looks made for the champions league. He looks like a chipmunk too, which is always a good thing.

It's easy to forget the early Riise. He was never as pacey as Moreno though.

Having really fast full backs who can do shit like that is amazing. Teams will really have to think about how much space they leave him to run into. Wingers will need to wonder, like Townsend, if they can catch him if he dispossesses them.
