I'm not sure it's having the same impact as it did 10 years ago. The thread on last seasons expensive flops proves that.. They aren't exactly thin on the ground.

True, but if you can afford 4 expensive flops for every expensive superstar, as Citeh and Chelsea can, then it kind of takes the edge off.
