Benteke.....It must have been more than 20 years since we last bought a top striker direct from an EPL club.
Collymore?

Whilst the response makes it sound bad, it was a loaded question. The LEGO headed prick should’ve responded with “Newcastle had the same ball”Arteta blaming the footballs they use in the Carabao cup for yesterdays loss.

That was brilliant.I watched the game yesterday, and the funniest thing I've seen for a while was the manager of a team that has gotten 9 bookings for time wasting look at his watch in the 80th minute and gesturing to the ref that Newcastle were time wasting.
yep. taste of his own medicine. the anti-football prickThat was brilliant.

CaulkerWe've bought quite a few - Heskey, Crouch, Bellamy, Keane, Carroll, Benteke.
Whether they have been any good is another matter.
would any of those be worthy of todays squad? i think crouch would definitely make his way to our bench, bellamy and keane possibly but i don’t see any nailed on starters or anything close. We've bought quite a few - Heskey, Crouch, Bellamy, Keane, Carroll, Benteke.

Well, Nunez is still in the squad, so there is hope for any of them.
