Id assume it means "Fake" since 1980 as he was born in that year and apparently he's an Evertonian, as you can see from the picture. So he's been "Fake" saying he's a Liverpool fan all this time. Thats my take on it anyway. I know the person who owns it as well, although I havent asked her what it means.
