He'd be quality for us. There are stories that we've got serious money to spend, but then so have lots of teams.
 
The fact he has had a conversation with Klopp suggests 2 things.

1. We really are in for him.

2. We have a chance, no matter what the German papers are saying.

All of that is true, but none of them have Jürgen Klopp leading the charge. 😎

That said, I don't want the kid unless he himself really wants to be here.

He will go to Arsenal and that will be their only big signing probably the only signing of the summer

Gabigol is Gabriel Barbosa right? Why two names? The clips of him I saw a few weeks ago were awesome, so I'd be very excited if this were ever to happen.
 
Gabigol sounds like a South American striker in Roy Of The Rovers. I know nothing about him.

There's a 'special talent' exception, isn't there?

Chelsea got a work permit for Kenedy. No reason why you wouldn't get one for Gabigol then, who's essentially considered the best current talent in Brazil.

You're right, but it's based on loads of different conditions, however the fee alone we'd have to pay for him would almost give him the points he needed to qualify.
