Nah wasn't a penalty but Southampton have been peppering the City goal for the past 15 mins after a very slow start.

My biased view thinks it is. Had it been in the centre circle it would’ve been given.

Hopefully Southampton keep this up and go for it. City are so pedestrian after 20 odd minutes.
