Hahneman is a decent keeper and would happily sit on the bench.
Thats all off of that list.

If we're still looking for seasoned vets to be the backup keeper while Gulacsi goes out on loan - wouldn't Hahnemann or Taylor be more proper options as opposed to someone like Doni? Not sure how they did in these couple of seasons, but they've got league experience on their side and are sufficiently ancient enough to not kick up a fuss about not playing much. Anyone?

Yes that would make sense. I assumed we had already signed that other fella.

Doni I assume. Story doing the rounds is that Galatasaray have stepped in and may have taken him? I'm not too fussed about it based on some of the comments I've read here and elsewhere about Doni's ability.

We could even send Gulacsi to Bristol City on loan, in a swap for David James.

Giles Barnes was meant to be quality at one point. Oh well

He was promising. No more than that really.

The reason I'd believe Seb Larsson could be a decent acquisition is because of his very wicked cross.

Andy Carroll would be delighted.

Maybe Oscar Wendt or maybe even Martin Olsson...but Seb Larsson?
Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit.....

To be honest I don't think there's a Swedish player in the world that is good enough to play for Liverpool. Well OK, Zlatan but I don't want that whiny "the world revolves around me" player anywhere near Anfield.

Let's just keep it Danish, Christian Eriksen please.

Nikola Saric is set to sign for Hajduk Split following his release by Liverpool.

The Bosnia-born striker, who was raised in Denmark, joined Liverpool aged 17 in the summer of 2008.

Barcelona and Tottenham had also made a move for the Denmark youth international before he opted to sign a three-year deal at Anfield.

And although he played in the reserves, the Reds did not hand him a single first-team appearance before his contract expired at the end of the season.

Liverpool chose not to offer him a new deal and he is now set to continue his career in Croatia.

"Everything is going according to plan and there are no more obstacles for Nikola to move to Hajduk," said his father, Predrag Saric.

"In the next few days he will sign for the next three years.

"He is ready to move on after three years of pure hell at Anfield."
