He used to be such a sullen fecker at Melwood, but he obviously realises he's only got the City fans left to charm, so he's forcing himself to sign all the autographs and even smile for the punters. One buffoon asked him to pose with him for a picture, then couldn't work the camera, so it took AGES, but poor old Raheem, who would in the past have just walked off, had to keep standing there with a fixed grin on his face. The race is on between Sterling's need to grow up and his ability to do so. It'll take him a good while to climb the pecking order sufficiently to rank alongside players like that, his ability to avoid going off the deep end in the meantime will be tested to the limit, and at the moment I'm not convinced (to say the least) that that's a test he'll be able to pass.
