Add Cantwell from Norwich – supposedly on our radar. Bayern reportedly interested in Aarons as a RB back-up.
Bournemouth – Ake is a good defender, not sure he would come here to be 4th choice though.
Watford – Doucoure is a strong player and will be a good midfield addition for someone.
Sarr is honestly the only one I would be excited about us signing. With Sane leaving, he is probably the most explosive winger in the country alongside his "big brother" Sadio.

I would have mentioned Ake if he wasn't already heading to City. Poor Stones.
Aaron's is another one I left out because we already have like 7 RB's.

Max Aarons was linked with Bayern Munich for €20m whereas the fee mentioned in the Ake to Man City rumours a couple of days ago was £40m. Players from the relegated teams won't necessarily come cheap.
