Lads relax, its written in the stars. We are going to win the league.

Just look at yesterdays game, 3 penos not given to City, Suarez should have been off about 5 times.

We are going to be champions.

It is strange how every victory actually piles on the pressure. If this goes to the last game the pressure on the players will be ludicrous. I think BR will need to take the players to Alton Towers or something the day before.

If we can get past Chelsea then I think the pressure will actually ease slightly as confidence will soar. Everyone knew that City and Chelsea were the 'Big Ones' and that we are expected to beat Norwich, Palace and Newcastle. It doesn't make them any easier but certainly not the same pressure as those other two.

Everyone who's bad at betting should be laying liverpool now please
What a conundrum, I've finished in profit every season since I started gambling "heavily" but for the first ever time I'm down this year. Technically I'm bad at gambling this year and would love to compound this by laying LFC and losing more but can I trust myself to remain shit at betting this season or could laying LFC be the bet that gets me back towards a profit. I'm so tempted to lay us because I've gone very negative since Sunday; away to Norwich now looks on paper like away to real madrid and Crystal Palace away will be a trip to the Nou Camp, and Suarez will get injured and Gerrard sent off against the Chavs. I think I'm gonna have to bet against us and hope my bad betting run continues.

It's not really a conundrum.

Every season you've been doing well at betting Liverpool haven't been performing in the league.

This year you're doing badly & Liverpool are doing well.

You simply have to bet against us. It's not only the right thing to do jinx/lucky charm wise, if we do get beaten to it then you'll have some cash to fund the drinking as you spiral into depression like the rest of us.

Winning money betting against LFC in the past has never been a comfort though although you're right Jon I have a feeling that part of my downfall this season has been that I haven't been able to win money on LFC being rubbish. The only option is to bet against us and pray my bad betting form continues.................£264 lay of LFC in place now and I will pray to LTW's and/or Judge Jules's God that I never see the money again...........it will be the best £264 ever spent if we win it.

Easy way to stay calm is to recognize as a fan that there is absolutely nothing you can do about what is to unfold for LFC.

Why worry about something you can't effect?

Hiding in the cupboard, wearing your lucky socks, repeating a well worn mantra, developing a turtles head in your botty department every time the opposition has the ball in our half is wasted energy.

We have shown quality playing and management skills, concentrate on team performance. It'll carry us through.

Yours sincerely
Dr S Peters

No idea why I should remain calm, it's the most exciting season we've had in god knows how long, and I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts.

I'm anything but calm, and don't want to be calm.

Fuck calm.

Hahaha. This all day long!

*prances around the room like Hendo witnessing a teammate scoring*
