Is it REALLY that bad?
I've always mocked people who do, but it's becoming increasingly attractive to me as I work a few miles away down a dual carriageway & a few small roads, but on the bus it takes 45 mins door to door & by car 5 mins. I'm assuming by scooter it'd be about 10 mins.
Also it'd be fucking cheap to run.
Car is not an option, no way can we afford two as insurance will cost at least a grand & Becci needs the car to drop Luke off before work & pick him up.
However, despite all of these obvious pointers, I just cant bring myself to take the plunge! Simply cos of the stigma I suppose!
So what does SCM think?
