I think it's becoming clearer that race can't be defined simply by colour or culture, it's a state of mind, and if I say I'm black then I'm black and you can't deny me or you're a racismist.
 
I don't really want to see anybody in trouble for such a minor thing BUT, if others get done for it, so should he.

Anyone would think you actually believed that there was some other major aspect to racism, which you would have us believe has for some unknown reason never been mentioned, punished, or even legislated for by our great nation's laws and anti-racism policies. Why you silly person of wholly unremarkable skin colour.

Piara Powar has maintained the term coconut is not racist when used by black person to another. However, in 2010, Shirley Brown, a Bristol politician, was found guilty of racial harassment after using the term, 'coconut' when talking to Jay Jethwa, a fellow politician who had moved to the UK from India 24 years before. The remark was found to be “purely gratuitous” and it was ruled that “there was a potential for, albeit minor, public disorder and stimulation for racial hatred.”

Oh the 'Scum yid' bit ... Within the next 2-3 years, players will either a) be banned from being on social media, or b) will not be able to interact with the fans through it.
