Just watched the highlights from the Everton-QPR game, he's a scouse Wilshire. A miniature Gerrard.
We should do whatever we can to get this lad.

i'm waiting a couple of matches first. There was excitement over rodwell too which (so far) has been unfounded

He's got plenty of time to develop. Hopefully he doesn't progress much further though!
 
A couple of my mates played against him at Picton astro.

I've played against another of Everton's next big things, John Paul Kissock. Just an excuse for me to show off really.
 
He's a very talented young lad with a potentially bright future. Showed a lot of composure on the ball for a 17 year old.

I said the exact same thing to my mates and the only time i've seen him was in a friendly! Told them all to watch out for him this year. I'll have to watch yesterdays highlights.

sigh...which half decent young striker coming through the reserves wasn't give a fair chance to make their mark?

you could argue that young scouse players go to everton because they feel have more of a chance breaking into the first team, that would be fair but you couldn't prove it.

Its no secret Barkley can play.

Modo there are a couple of very good young lads coming up through our ranks. I saw a couple at the Hibernia Trophy in Ireland the other day for u14/15s. Our right winger as unplayable and centre mid captain was very Gerrard like. Good to see.
