Linked with Aubameyang acc Twitter. He's also one of the few strikers I'd go for.
Klopp leaving and them not getting CL could probably do it.

Klopp is not here and we are not getting CL as well so why would he come? 😉
 
I've never seen Aubameyang play, I know he's very quick but that's about it. Does he look capable of scoring 20 odd goals in a season for us?
 
Yeah, I think so. Got everything to be a top striker in the right set up. 41 games and 22 goals for Dortmund this season.
Would suit us very well and can play anywhere across the attack.
I'd rather spend 25-30 mill on him then Benteke.

Still only 25 aswell.
 
I am against the signing of Aubameyang simply on the basis that all the strikers that have worked out for us recently have had great songs. Torres, Suraez eh Sturridge.
There ain't no way we can come up with a song for Aubameyang.
Now Ings we can do a song for.
When he has been playing shite for the first two months in the absense of Sturridge then we can all sing,
Ingsssssssssssssssssss.....................................................Can only get better

Of the strikers who might be available he could be the best option for us.

Versatile, pacy. Still has room to improve somewhat and hasn't played a ton already.
 
I've been touting Aubameyang for ages. He's not world class quality, but would be a very solid 15-20 goal a season striker in England.

His record over the last 4 years:

2011-12 - 18 goals
2012-13 - 21 goals
2013-14 - 16 goals
2014-15 - 22 goals

It's an excellent profile, and his playing style would suit us as well. Only difficulty might be that Origi is supposedly a very similar player.
 
Aubameyang seems scared to use his left foot and has poor work rate, but i like his finishing and pace. He's still a very raw talent though.

Another player we should have been looking at. I suppose dragging out signing people that are about to be relegated is a more important use of our time.
