Ok.. managed to source some more Sierra Nevada beers and on recommendation some beers from the Anchor Brewery in San Fransisco :-
Haven't tried anything from Anchor before, so really looking forward to it.
Those of you that read the previous Sierra Nevada tasting or are familiar with the beers will know that they are top quality and dispel the myth that Americans can't make good beer.
Tasting order as follows :-
Anchor Brewery Steam Ale - 4.9%
Anchor Brewery Liberty Ale - 6%
Sierra Nevada 'Torpedo" Extra IPA - 7.2%
Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale - 6.8%
Sierra Nevada 'Bigfoot' Barley Wine Style Ale - 9.6%

These are some serious beers with alcohol content at the high end.
