I dont give a fuck what any commentator says, yes the sending off was controversial but over 180 minutes Utd only tried to play for the last 20 minutes at home, so fuck them they deserved to lose. Playing for time with 50 minutes gone at home like a bunch of cowards, they got what they deserved, 11 men behind the ball for all of the first leg and most of the first half, booting it long for Wellbeck to chase, that Pulis level tactics, delighted, I hate when teams get rewarded for that sort of play
Did Sir Alex think he was going to get away with pre-judging the refs decision making before the game ? - he was up to his usual tricks from what I read this morning in the paper - saying the ref needs to be good. The idea is to win the league as many times as you can, not just more than United, that's just worrying about fucking history.

Shankly just thought about Liverpool, he did not give a fuck about anyone else, he did not obsess about United or any other team, in fact I am pretty sure he had a good relationship with United.
