2. You are arriving in Liverpool Sunday yeah? Just stay on the beer all day and then when the night is over get a delta cab to St Helens for kip. Definitely come though.
If we win the league, i'll probably end up asleep on the roof of the casino.

Thanks mate but the thing is I'm juggling so many bloody balls trying to get there. For starters I've got a wedding to go to on Sunday. I thought I might be able to duck out of that a little early and catch the 5pm to Lime St. That would mean leaving my wife to negotiate getting out of London and back home to Herts with my 1yr old lad on her own. She was ok about this at first but I'm sensing a bit of a 'are you fucking kidding me' vibe. If you know what I mean. Anyway it's my birthday tomorrow so I was hoping to play that card as well. I'll find out for sure tonight but I'm guessing this is a bit of lost cause.

Bang on the money. The atmosphere was always likely to be great. I've never seen anything like the Harry after the Man City game. The guy playing guitar pretty much had to stop as everyone was pelting out Liverpool songs, old and new. You don't organise an atmosphere.

The Englishman takes his side to the Etihad Stadium on the final day of the season with Man City able to clinch the silverware with a win or a draw.
But Allardyce insists the Hammers won't roll over and revealed that he is keen to help Reds captain Gerrard clinch the one medal that has yet eluded him.
"From a personal point of view, I'd like to see Steven Gerrard win it," he said.
"It's the last thing he hasn't quite achieved for Liverpool, but obviously they've let it slip out of their hands.
"On form and where they are, Manchester City are the favourites."
