Shit. Not a good decision IMO but there we are.

Well whoever the new manager is let's hope he can turn things around within one fucking year then.

Kenny Dalglish leaves Liverpool manager's post
Kenny Dalglish has left his post as Liverpool manager.
The 61-year-old has paid the price for Liverpool's poor performances in the Barclays Premier League.
Dalglish's departure comes after he held face-to-face talks with principal owners John W Henry and Tom Werner in Boston on Monday.
The Scot had been expected to depart on holiday on Wednesday but he postponed that and remains on Merseyside.

didnt someone say a PL managers been approached? Martinez? cant see us going for anyone else that would come here
It's all over twitter, not that it should count for anything. New rumour is that Begristain has been having talks about DoF.

I wouldve given him another year but ultimately I think it wouldve happened eventually. Im done with crying over spilt milk though and hope we can get someone top class in place. First choice for me is Jurgen Klopp. But first and foremost, thank you kenny! YNWA

I don't really know how I feel about this. I'm pleased we'll have a different manager next season, but sad he had to be sacked, and concerned about how ambitious the new appointment and transfer strategy will be.

What an utter pisser of a desicions. Wrong wrong wrong. Granted results where disappointing but this is Liverpool we should not be doing knee jerk shit like this.

Feels like fsg got this wrong.

Bad decision in my opinion. Understand all the arguments for getting rid but another year was warranted. I feel sorry for the next manager already and I think the likes of Martinez, Lambert and Rodgers are a MASSIVE risk. I've said be careful what you wish for but lets wait and see.

We are all going to be very surprised with his successor. Guaranteed.

Although I feel somewhat numb.. Great decision by FSG... I would be telling porkys, if I said I wasn't somewhat relieved.

Kenny was never going to be a long term solution, I always saw that with him, tbh he should of been brought in before hodgson... Who knows he may have left the club in a better capacity..

The guys still a legend though to me, as player.. as a modern day premiership manager, unfortunately he ain't..

He did what he needed to do, stabilize the club and gave it back its identity..

Next appointment has to be a serious appointment, one with tactical and football brain and great eye for talent. This club needs putting back on the map..

Let's hope our owners mean business ..

Could have been given another season, but Kenny does seem the type to be loyal and persistent with his own buys. that was going to go nowhere. If he had of stayed on, and the season started poorly, he'd have been gone by Christmas, if not sooner. So you take a calculated look at it all - and regretfully, you have to say that more likely than not, it would be a repeat of this season. So he had to go. It was UNFORTUNATELY the right decision

Jurgen Klopp- thats top class is it?

you dont get better than kenny. simple.

I saw this coming. now all the clowns that wanted him to go heres whats going to happen :

martinez appointed.
30 mil spent on more toss.
dec 2012 - liverpool in 14th place in prem.
"sack him...not good enough. "

this attitude of wanting to keep up with the billionaires is going to cost you.

i tell you now 7th and a league cup is going to be something to be desired in 12 months time.
never mind the loss of a piece of our soul.

YNWA KK. Let's see what Fenway do next. The measure of them may be judged in their actions in the coming days.

you will be calling for the new managers head by chistmas.

I'm not joking at all, it's like a forum of brendans who smell blood and descend en masse
To start off by pretty much saying that anyone who isn't from Liverpool isn't a real supporter, was a great move and I'm happy he got the Sparta treatment.

THIS IS LIVERPOOL, if for me a recipe for failure and the reason we're stuck where we are.
