Has been voted Barclays player of the month for September.

Well done Stevie. Shame rest of the team are so crap.

Poor Stevie

Leave it out, his goals against Utd and Sunderland. He's been the only player that's been turning up for us all season

Erm sorry guys my bad, he was the Liverpool player of the
month, which isn't saying much!

Lol at my quiffing

Peter Odemwingie actually won it.....

In case u never heard of him, he's a WBA player

He has been very good so far. And was available at a very good price this summer. And is better than anything we have beyond Torres.

Gerrard's had a good season so far, the most pleasing thing is that he doesn't look like he's sulking, despite everything. Him and Meireles were of only a few who looked like they gave a fuck in the second half against Blackpool.

Spot on about Gerrard. His attitude seems well different from last Season and that's a big plus and something we'll hopefully reap the benefits of soon enough.

Yeah, he's been totally boss this season. He was excellent at Arsenal.

He was head and shoulders above the rest as England captain in S.Africa too. He's definitely matured this year.

but player of the month? There must be others who've done more. Berbatov for one as Terrier says.

I think part of the equation includes mental anguish suffered during the period in question.
