Those in the financial sector should’ve been cut down at the knee. Literally not figuratively.
It’s ok, fishing will make up for any deficit don’t worry...

Yeah but we got our country backRead that the UK owe the EU 47 billion € after Brexit.
Thats…. really something..

We'll be scrounging around for meal worm and processed spam, while our overlords dine on lobster.
Where is the Mark Frenchie these days? Are the rumours about him still knocking about?
Rumours of a rape or sexual assault of some type. Or, as the Tories probably call it "surprise sex".What rumours are they ?

Where are all the uplands though ? The only thing that Brexit bellends have come up with so far is "vaccine rollout" (which we could have done anyway) or some car battery plant which the EU are building in their droves without having to pile on backhanders from the government.
Farming is fucked with nobody to pick stuff, fishing is fucked, haulage companies are fucked, hospitality is fucked from both Covid and now a lack of staff. Where are the uplands ?
And so it begins...
NHS threatening strike action over a 3% uplift for all
Police issuing a vote of no confidence in Priti Patel because they didn't get a payrise.
Failing to recognise that the economy is fucked, but every man for themselves now in the public sector.
I do wish they've have given everyone who had to don full PPE in the NHS a one off bonus of say 5% of their salary on top of the 3% payrise. But the police can fuck off... 90% of them will be like "I want a payrise... but I don't want to increase taxes to pay for it".
I don't disagree with the sentiment. Some top Tories have been corrupt at best. I'd love nothing more for them to be charged with fraudulent crimes. The same public sector that worked their arses off during the pandemic and watched the Tories hand massive multi billion contracts to their mates? They well deserve a raise. 5% one off bonus, 5% of not enough is you know...not enough and 3% probably won't cover the inevitable inflation that's coming. If the money is there to pay off Tory mates it's their to pay police and NHS staff.

2% of their pay rise is in Thursday night claps. The other 3% is cash.Inflation is coming? It's already here, you don't need to wait for it to traverse the water in order to see it. They wanted Joe Biden. They gots Joe Biden. Frankly, those nurses and teachers can suck on it. Serves them right for making foolish decisions based on their feelings. Give them their 5% pay rise in feelings. They're real after all.

Rewards like social credits?Talk of them bringing in an app that will track what families eat and spend their money on, offering rewards and discounts to the goody goodies.
Why stop there? Why not bring in a system where all our actions in society are monitored and recorded, and good deeds are rewarded with "points"? It would be for our own good. Just get it done. I personally would be for that. I've got nothing to hide. If you're against it, you're a tinfoil hat-wearing granny killer, most likely.

How much do you think is influenced by local decisions made in the past 5 months versus globalisation in practice coming from a whole host of supply chain challenges?
I know you're still hurting that your name Donnie got beat, but you don't need to go around playing 'pin the problem on Biden' in the face of significant global issues. I'm sure that won't stop you though, son.
