I do wish they've have given everyone who had to don full PPE in the NHS a one off bonus of say 5% of their salary on top of the 3% payrise. But the police can fuck off... 90% of them will be like "I want a payrise... but I don't want to increase taxes to pay for it".

They well deserve a raise. 5% one off bonus, 5% of not enough is you know...not enough and 3% probably won't cover the inevitable inflation that's coming. If the money is there to pay off Tory mates it's their to pay police and NHS staff.

Almost as if you might have been better off if the biggest economy on the planet which represents one quarter of global gdp, if that country had you know maybe elected a president who was anti-globalisation, might have perhaps made a difference, made peoples lives better, who knows.
