I have one excellent defender in my Champions league squad. Sadly he has poor compatibility.
Is the compatibility rating based on your current players or is there a value allocated to a club?
I.e. Lets say my players have compatibility ratings of 40, 50, and 80 (I realise it doesn't work totally like this but just go with it).
The average is 58, so the player with a 50 is Excellent, the player with a 40 is good and the 80 is poor.
OR
Is the club allocated a value at random. I.e. my club has a compatibility of 35, so the 40 is excellent, 50 is good and 80 is poor.
Basically what I'm trying to say is: Can I sell my entire defence and make my good player have excellent compatibility? Or will he remain incompatible even if I sell my players?
