Torres

He also lost the ability to welly the ball in from anywhere in and around the box. Because he can't run as fast as he used to.

Well, that's just stupid, he should put it in a bank or something.

If I was Mourinho I'd make him leave it in the changing room. Oh wait.... just remembered John Terry.

Yea, a bank then.
I dunno, if it's in the bank then he'd have to pay taxes and shit...

I loved Torres when he was a Liverpool player. I take no pleasure in seeing how shit he has become even if it's happening in a Chelsea shirt.

Biggest drop off/waste of talent in soccer history? I can't recall a player hitting his heights and then becoming so shit.

There is only one explanation for this, and no Rafa will change that for him as that has been tried by the Chelsea owner. I still think he kind of moves the way he did for us on the pitch and think his injury worries are over for him. No the problem is the LFC supporters curse, which was caused by the manner and timing of his departure from our club. I think so many of us were so upset that our hearts reached the heaven;s and subsequently the Almighty heard the cries of our hearts and took something away from Torres the footballer. The curse will only be removed if one of two things happen:-

1) He leaves this land i.e. the PL.
2) He comes back to Liverpool

Trust me - that is what has happened.

If you had of told me he would become this tragi-comedic figure of striking mediocrity when he left us, I wouldn't have believed you in a million years. I feels bad for the lad now, and when he leaves Chelsea I hope he has a resurgence.

Unbelievable.

He's gone from playing for two clubs where he was idolized and loved, to a club where he's winning trophies (barely playing) & earning big pay checks. He's also had a torrid time with injuries, and rarely gets a sustained run in the team.

Nope. He missed it because Chelsea's system isn't set up to play to his strengths. Either that, or because he hasn't had a consistent run in the team. Those are the reasons why he missed from a yard.

I was taking the piss.

I would actually sign him. At least there will be hope he can roll back the years and replace Suarez.
