I love Robbo and all but I can't help get the feeling he is fast getting a reputation of being one of those "dirty" players who don't get punish enough according to the media. It will work in the minds of the refs and one day one of them is just going to send him off unjustly based on this reputation.

And his is the the position we lack cover in.

We've rested players against Everton in the FA Cup, doesn't mean we are going to throw the game away or Klopp telling the players they don't have to try and go all season without losing.

Danny Mills in Asian tele compared us to Leicester win, saying during that season a lot of teams were rubbish and they win it easily. He must have not done mathematics when he was a kid. We are now holding the highest Point Per Game tally at 2.90 so far, higher than City 100 point win at 2.63 and higher than the invincible Arsenal who had 2.37pts per game. How are we having the same run like what Leicester did, just because City is having a small blip.

I watched this. Danny Mills comes across as a boring and repetitive pundit who grabs screentime talking plenty of shit.

Larouci looks capable of filling in now and again. Of course not on the same level but with VvD to guide him I believe he'd do OK.

If Milner is not available, it could be that Ox finds himself playing wing-back again:

Interesting. Not an option I'd considered for sure ! However there is another option while I think of it. TAA could switch to LB with Neco Williams coming in at RB. He has looked much further long in his development than Larouci. I'm not sure if that would lessen TAA's influence/performances however as a short term option it has viability.

It won’t be unjustly as he’s already gotten away a fair few.

We can drop 11 points in our next 17 games and still break the PL points record.
I remember Raheem Sterling saying that he is jioning City because he wants to win things...How does he feel now, CL,Super Cup,World Club Cup, and very shortly The Premier League. Seem like under Klopp Liverpools star is in the ascendancy, and possibley The FA cup and another CL to add to it all

In fairness I doubt he’s arsed he’s won 2 PL titles, 2 league cups, an FA Cup three charity shields and has become one of the best players in the world.

When he wanted to leave it was a very understandable from a trophy point of view.

We’d won one trophy in 7 years and until the last 8 months it was 1 in 12 years. He’d had been waiting 5 more seasons.

After the game, Klopp said Firmino was apologetic because he felt he should have been on the scoresheet on more than one occasion,

"When I went to him and wanted to give him a hug after the game, he wanted to stop and talk first. "He said: 'I know I should have scored more goals'.
But it was absolutely not what I wanted to say!!

"It is true probably. He should have scored immediately with the first chance. He is a super player, super. I don't say this for the first time and will hopefully not say it for the last time. [He's] pretty impressive."

Matbe I am a bit bias, but when I was playing football, started playing football, we were a lower bottom table team, I alway felt that I could make a real difference to who ever I played for, That I could make that team a better team.... Two seasons down the road we were the best team out there and only got better as better players wanted to play for us....

So what do I think of Sterling...?

Over rated above averaage player who lacks the heart to try and lift the club who gave him his real shot at fame and allowed him to play along side real difference maker like Sturrigde and Suarez and who recieve tap in's for the most part from them

So he can stay with the likes of City, taking the big money and winning his 2 PL titles, 2 league cups, an FA Cup three charity shields and believing that has become "one of the best players in the world." and leave the real CL,Super Cups and World Club Cups to those who have stuck in there fighting, LFC The real difference...

Lets see just how long it take with City not winning the PL, or CL before he is asking to Leave to jion Real,Barca or Bayern

I am not saying that he was wrong to leave, but only one team at a time can win the PL, and that it had more to do with money than title, which again is fair enough, players only have a short time in the game, but be honest about it.

Sterling was well within his rights to leave and made, at that time, exactly the right choice, why would he hang around with Rodgers and the shell of a team he had
Yes we all know that, but we can hate him for it, because him leaving is a reminder of that shell of shite that Rodgers had, and as per normal - How dare someone want to leave LFC !!!

Which of Robbo's challenges could have been a red card according Mourinho?
The cheaply kick on Aldeiweireld or the one on I think Aurier?
The first one a yellow at best. The second, HE GOT THE FUCKING BALL!

The first could easily have been a red and I wouldn't be surprised if there's retro action as a result, this week.

The second, the ball was long gone and it was nasty. He could also get retro punishment for that this week too.

He was a very lucky boy to stay on the pitch yesterday.

Nah. Not one studio commentator I saw thought it was Red and Craig Burley, who isn't a particular big fan (though does try to remain neutral) was doing his head saying there was no way in the world that was ever a Red and in fact the defender was more to blame going for a ball he couldn't win.

That’s a very naive way to look at it and not relevant to your original point at all.

He’s won loads in the 5 years it took us to win anything.

First one was hardly a foul.
He got the ball first with his toe, without the studs up, that came later, but looked like a natural movement.

The second one however.

Look at someone like Gerrard... He could have joined Chelsea, but he wanted to win his trophies at Liverpool, Stirling was just looking for a bigger pay day, so fuck him

Sterling was always playing for himself, Sterling inc, not unlike Michael Owen. He was a very good player for us, but I didn't shed a tear when he left.

I doubt he regrets it anyway. He has won everything except the CL, and he still has plenty of time to do it for Sterling Inc, with or without Citeh.

The defender was to blame going for a ball he couldn't win? Hahahahahahahaha

Robertson lost control of the ball and gave every incentive for the other player to go for it
