Was thinking of doing something a bit different to our usual warm destination this summer (or potentially next year) and going to Norway for 7-10 nights to explore the Fjords.
I'm in the early stages of understanding what's an offer so all I really have at the moment is flying to Oslo and spending a couple nights there, doing the train towards Bergen with a stop in Flam, which I understand is the "standard" tourist route?
Is mid-August just going to be a miserable experience on account of being super busy or will it be okay?
Any recommendations for specific things to do, things to avoid, places to stay etc?
